Hardware Details
We pre-configure all devices and ship them to your property. Your local handyman installs them using our step-by-step instructions.
We remotely monitor your router and connected devices, maintain automations for your keyless lock and thermostat, and provide proactive support. If a device ever needs replacing, we ship a new one pre-configured and ready to go — at cost.
